The Samsung SyncMaster 215TW is the first SyncMaster model with the new S-PVA panel (Super PVA). With S-PVA panels, the viewing angle is further optimized and colors are displayed even better. Thanks to the 21″ wide (16:10) format, the SynMaster 215TW is equally suitable for graphics applications (e.g. CAD) and multimedia applications. This model also has integrated speakers and various connection options (15 pin D-Sub, DVI, FBAS/CVBS, S-VHS). The supplied software (MagicTune, MagicBright² and MagicRotation with auto function) offers a wide range of setting options. The height-adjustable stand with pivot, tilt and swivel function rounds off the whole thing.
Wide Screen
The Samsung SyncMaster 215TW has a wide screen display in 16:10 format. Wide screens have the advantage that you can see more on the screen than with a conventional display in 4:3 format. Working is simplified by the larger visible area. Multimedia fans and professional graphics users in particular benefit from the 16:10 format.
HDCP
HDCP, or High Bandwidth Digital Content Protection, protects copyrighted formats (e.g. video data) from illegal copying. HDCP must be supported by both the source device (e.g. DVD player) and the output device (monitor). This SyncMaster model is HDCP compatible.
MagicRotation with auto function
Advanced ergonomic technology - MagicRotation with auto function. The picture is automatically rotated with the screen (rotation angle: 90° or 90° / 180° depending on model).
