    Our offer includes the provision of the appropriate computer with operating system and in the configuration agreed with you. We are also happy to install the programs you require for you, provided this is possible without a license (freeware/shareware). To install existing application software, please provide us with the CD and, if applicable, your license number or a download link in good time and give us a written order for this.

    Insurance

    Because things can occasionally break, we are covered in the event of damage. Our rental hardware is equipped with electronics insurance, which is already covered by the rental price.     Payment

    Whether PC, notebook or smart accessories - you only pay for our rental equipment for as long as you use it. The fees are due at the start of the rental period. The start of the rental period is the day on which you receive the device or collect it. The end of the rental period is the day the device is returned or dispatched. In this way, you benefit from fair rental conditions.

    Payment options

    Large companies, public authorities and regular customers:
    You usually receive notebooks and the like on account with a payment term of eight days.

    First-time customers (depending on creditworthiness):
    Payment can usually be made in advance, by credit card or SEPA direct debit, sometimes invoices with a payment term of eight days are also possible. In exceptional cases, a deposit may be required.

    Delivery and shipping

    Depending on what is best for your organization, we will deliver your ordered rental equipment or have it sent to you by courier. In the Karlsruhe area, you can collect ordered goods from us on site between 9 am and 5 pm. We deliver nationwide by express delivery service at fair flat rates.

    Delivery options

    • Early delivery: delivery before 8:00, 9:00, 10:00 or 12:00 a.m.
    • Delivery also to exhibition grounds
    • On request, service for setting up the equipment on site

    Collection and returns

    To return your rental equipment, you can choose between a return shipment or our dismantling and collection service. So that you have time for the essentials, we will also be happy to organize the return shipment for you after you have used the rental equipment. We charge a fair flat rate for this, which also applies to the delivery of the ordered hardware.

    • Late pick-up: pick-up after 18:00 or 20:00
    • Collection from the exhibition grounds
