The Full HD (1920 x 1080) TF3239MSC open frame monitor with a narrow bezel is the ideal display solution for interactive product presentations and digital signage applications e.g. in advertising and kiosk systems at trade shows, conventions and other events. The projective capacitive touch technology (PCAP) with 12 simultaneous touch points provides seamless and precise touch interaction. Thanks to the touch-through-glass feature, it is possible to turn simple glass surfaces into touch screens. Equipped with a metal housing and a scratch-resistant edge-to-edge safety glass that withstands the 60950-1 drop ball test, this display can be used in landscape, portrait and face-up orientations, enabling diverse and flexible applications in demanding environments. It can be used as a stand-alone solution via wall mounting or integrated into complex systems thanks to its open frame mounting capability.
Touch Technology – Capacitive
This technology uses a sensor network of microfine wires integrated into the glass surface. By touching the glass, electrical signals are changed, and thus the touch position can be calculated and transmitted to the controller. The glass surface of this technology is extremely durable, and the touch functionality remains unaffected even if the glass is scratched. It offers perfect image reproduction and can be operated with fingers (even with latex gloves) or magnetic pens.
