We are dedicated to making the electronics rental for your venue as easy as possible. We organise everything so you don't have to. From delivery to pickup with optional onsite service we will happily assist you!
Processing
Quick and Easy Handling:
Simply call us, send us an email or fax with your requirements. However you can also use our request form and you will receive a personalized offer. Any questions? Please do not hesitate to contact us! We would be pleased to advise you personally.
Next Day Nationwide Delivery
Overnight delivery is available anywhere within Germany. We ship nationwide with reliable shipping companies. Weekend, holiday, night, and early morning deliveries are available. Delivery can be made via our fleet of computermiete.de trucks. We offer "turn-key" service, complete with on-site personnel and support when needed.
Pricing Information
The rental cost calculation is based exclusively on the days you actually have possession of the equipment. In the case of some articles such as flat panels, plasma screens or lcd projectors only the days of actual usage will be charged thus ensuring 100 percent flexibility. We think of everything! Even insurance is included.
Payment
There is no deposit or bond required. Payment is due upon delivery and can be made in cash or via credit card.

In addition we offer a full turn key service. Our certified technicians will deliver the equipment to your venue and set it up for you. They will also pack everything after your venue. For charges regarding our turn key service as well as delivery service outside of Germany please contact us. We will be happy to advise you.
Components
Our equipment comes with a fully installed operating system. For a minimal fee we will also install your application software. Just send us your CD along with a license key and written authorization. For surcharge it is possible to rent a license for Microsoft Office. Our technicians will gladly assist on site with networking, setup and initial operation.

Insurance
The rental equipment is insured with special electronics equipment insurance. All transport damages caused during transportation commissioned and authorised through computermiete.de are also covered. For futher details regarding insurance please contact us.
